Salary 85’000 - 110’000 CHF per year


Master or bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent degree) and 5+ years’ working experience
You bring a profound knowledge in relational and no-sql databases, service architecture with REST, WS and JMS and as well as web technologies such as XML, JSON, SCSS, HTML, Angular and Frameworks like Django etc.
A solid grasp on software engineering practices (e.g. thorough code reviews, unit tests, deep focus on quality, design documentation, agile projects) and experience with CI/CD systems
Team player who quickly and easily adapts to changing situations, not afraid to take end-to-end ownership of tasks and responsibilities while displaying genuine commitment
Good communication skills and an open style to provide transparency to business stakeholders
Fluent in English, German is a plus

Being a member of the IoT-team within GWF, you will actively participate in all stages of the product integration lifecycle mainly focusing on requirements’ engineering, software design, testing and development activities for the IoT’s and GWF’s existing and new applications.
You will be responsible for providing the design, development, configuration and maintenance and changes of internal IoT-Tools.
Beneath the internal IoT-Tools, you will be also responsible for developing “proof-of-concept” integrations for new HW-Products with external systems and coordinate the final implementation with our in-house SW-Dev. Team.
You will be developing complex applications with the goal of streamlining business operations and improving overall user and/or customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to increase efficiency and make an impact while creatively collaborate and execute team goals contributing to the GWF’s vision towards digital transformation.
