Mitabeiter Testcenter (m/w)

Für die Division TORMAX suchen wir im Bereich Testing eine erfahrene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als
Mitabeiter Testcenter (m/w)
Ihre Aufgaben
Koordination von Aufgaben im Testcenter und Workshop
Planung, Aufbau und Durchführung von Versuchen, Tests und Prototypen inkl. Inbetriebnahme von Antrieben
Durchführung von Messungen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Beschaffung und Herstellung von Komponenten für Tests und Prototypen
Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und Einsatzbereitschaft von Anlagen, Maschinen und Werkzeugen
Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Laborbetriebs
Betreuung und Ausbildung von Automatiker-Lernenden (3. und 4. Lehrjahr)
Aufbau und Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft von Anlagemodellen für Trainings, Tests und Showroom
Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Mechatroniker EFZ oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
Organisationstalent und Freude am Umgang mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben sowie Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung
Reisebereitschaft für die Einrichtung von Showroom bei TGCs
Strukturierte, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the company’s overall Distribution Business in the EMEA world region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Develop and implement the strategy for the Distribution Business
Full P&L responsibility. Achieve the yearly budgets
Day-to-day running of the Distribution Business
Ensure strong sales field activities along with targeted marketing campaigns
Develop further the network of trustworthy and reliable Distributors representing TORMAX in their regional market
Responsible for the technical support, training and quality control of the Distributors in order to ensure the Installation and Service of TORMAX door systems according to TORMAX standards
Lead a motivated and strong team with entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation. Lead by example
Qualifications:
Strong technical background
Additional education in business management
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position
Several years of management experience in the construction business an advantage
Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic skills
Enjoy refining processes and procedures
Pragmatic, precise and structured way of working
Winning personality with strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
High level of commitment and implementing power
Loyal, honest and trustworthy personality with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent MS Office and ERP know-how
Willingness to travel (30-40%)
German as mother tongue, proficiency in English, French and Spanish an advantage
