Coach and Service Owner (80-100% - all genders)Your main responsibilities:Ensure the team can effectively and efficiently achieve their goals. Promote transparent and open communication and collaboration. Assist the team in continuous improvement of processes and ways of working, with a strong emphasis on self-organization and self-management. Key areas include agile development workflow management, testing, release, and deployment. Mentor team members on agile processes and methodologies.As a Service Owner, you will:Ensure that Switch Cloud is effectively, reliably, and efficiently managed and operated, with a strong focus on automation and SRE practices. Act as an advocate and mentor for service management practices within an agile, highly technical value stream, enabling teams to take day-to-day responsibility for operating ITSM processes. In both roles, you will work closely with the CIO office (Reliability Engineering, CISO, and Enterprise Architect), product owners, and the Switch Cloud Product Manager to maintain alignment between teams, manage user needs, and achieve goals.What you bring:Understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies, recognizing the importance of people and processes in transforming them into services.Willingness to dive deep into ITSM and DevOps standards and methodologies (examples: ITIL4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SRE practices, Agile, Kanban, SCRUM) and adapt them to user community expectations, your team, and the environment.Enjoy empowering teams and individuals to take responsibility.Pragmatic approach with a focus on impact for our community.Preference for automation.For Agile Coach:Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, e.g., SCRUM. Experience in coordinating technical/engineering team members in either a line or project context to deliver services with significant levels of use.For Service Owner:Practical experience with ITIL4 or equivalent SRE practices, especially change, incident, and availability management in a DevOps-friendly environment.Discipline(s): OperationsJob type: Permanent
