Information Management Organization (GRO) is a revenue-driving
commercial organization that focuses on developing, selling, and
supporting solutions for customers in our regions and key global
vertical industries that enable them to transform their business.To
help us achieve our growth objectives, we are now looking for a
Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Austria or
Switzerland. This represents a huge opportunity for the person who
joins us to grow our market share and we are looking for a true hunter
who has significant direct sales experience and a track record of
winning new accounts.This role will be ideal for an experienced client
facing Business Development professional or perhaps someone who is
looking to take the next step from Inside Sales to a client facing
Business Development role. Varied product backgrounds will be
considered including IT Hardware or Software sales. German and English
language to a professional level will be a necessity.What you will
doGenerate Records Management, Secure Destruction and Document
Management Services revenueCommercial management of tenders,
retenders, price negotiations across nominated accountsPosition and
sale of solutions to address named Corporate Customers Information
Management needsAccountable for new business revenue growth in the
defined range of new and existing customersEnsure assigned monthly,
quarterly and annual targets are reachedDrive the strategy for growth
across nominated list of target customers and prospectsDevelop and
implement sales strategies and plans; contribute to business strategy,
development and implementationWhat you will bringStrong background and
proven experience of new business huntingAbility to quickly learn new
products and sales processesFluent language skills in German and
EnglishExcellent written, oral and presentation skills.Strong
interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.Ability to influence
and negotiate.Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms,
