You will be responsible for maximizing our team potential, crafting sales and growth plans and justifying those to plans to our team.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presenceBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsManaging and building up a team of subject matter experts in LifeScience industryOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team representativesSourcing, Interviewing and Recruitments of new Consultys team membersPresent sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the teamIdentify market trends and shifts while being fully aware of new industry solutions and competition statusRequirementsUniversity degree in Quality, Engineering, Sciences or another relevant disciplineSuccessful previous experience as a sales manager representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in LifeScience (Consulting) IndustryAt least 3-5 years of experience within a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industryDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeSense for mentoring, coaching and people management skillsFluency in English is required, German, French or Italian would be a plusHands-on personality, with flexibility and dedication to maximize our client`s value
