Their software supports over 150 companies in efficiently implementing construction projects from planning to implementation. JOB DESCRIPTION

• In your role as CTO, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the product portfolio in line with our customer's vision and goals.
• You lead the development team both personally and professionally and ensure the efficient implementation of the core processes of software development.
• You will also define sustainable quality standards for software development and plan the consistent further development of the product portfolio.
• You support the CEO in implementing the corporate strategy and making relevant technology decisions.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE

• You have already gained several years of experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position in an SME in Switzerland.
• You were able to demonstrate your leadership skills in challenging situations and change processes.
• You have experience in the further development of standard software and in the development of process-oriented web and cloud solutions for business customers.
• You have a sound education in computer science with a university degree (at least bachelor's level or equivalent) and are fluent in German and English.
