The opportunityAs part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role to attract the best talents on the market in close collaboration with our leaders, hiring managers and other teams. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing Employer Branding and Campus Marketing solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to build career path at EY.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students and promote our organization as an employer of choiceCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design targeted event campaigns to attract the best talent from our target universities in SwitzerlandPartner with universities and student organizations to build strong relationships and expand our presence on these campusesPlan and execute campus events, career fairs, workshops, and informational sessions to engage with students and showcase our brand and career opportunities.Support the creation of branded marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital content, and social media campaigns, tailored to the student and graduate audienceTrack and analyze marketing initiatives' performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvementManage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives to build brand advocacy among student communitiesStay updated on industry trends, campus recruiting best practices, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for employer branding.To qualify for the role you must haveBachelor's degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field in a similar international environment Prior experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or marketing is highly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with students and university staffCreative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative campus marketing campaignsExcellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics to report, advise and optimize on resultsKnowledge of campus recruitment strategies, events, and best practices in SwitzerlandAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Openness to travel (within Switzerland) and work select evenings in order to participate in events Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisiteExperience using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plusWhat we offerEY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
