Human by nature.  Commercial Controlling Coordinator - Your future role?As a Commercial Controlling Coordinator in Kemptthal, Vienna or Naarden, you will be part of Controlling and Pricing team in Europe. You will check and processing data management requests from the commercial community, handling and validating rebate agreements.Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if you, like us, always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are.You will have a temporary contract for 1 year.In this exciting role you will be responsible for:Data Management for commercial systems:Maintain commercial processes, resulting in improved data quality.Train and support colleagues in the commercial organization, which will ensure smooth operations and an efficient data issue resolution.Conduct monthly data quality checks and organize yearly data updates, resulting in accurate and up-to-date commercial data.Validate user access rights, investigate commercial data issues.Handle and validate rebate agreements:Implement and support the rebate process within Europe.Organize annual rebate set-up and documentation based on requests from the sales community.Validate rebate accruals and if needed book adjustments.Control and approve rebate pay out calculations and initiate payments.Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, integration of acquired companies and other business activities.You?Are you someone who wants to shape your own world?
