Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.The Coordinator Operation Excellence (OpEx) & Project Management Office (PMO) will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of Boudry GPS projects. This position will build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders and support project tasks. The Coordinator OpEx & PMO is required to work in a cross-functional and dynamic setting where scenarios may change and therefore requires a quick adaptation to changes.Duties/Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support on projects and Operational Excellence activitiesAssist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project reporting and change controlAssist the Project Managers (PM) to manage their projects in the Project Management ToolEnsure data accuracy in the Project Management Tool with input from the PM and leadersRequest Project Management Tool improvements and teach new features to the PMWith the help of the Resource Manager Representative assist the resource allocation and management in the Project Management ToolManage KPIs accuracy and prepare reporting report to track project and portfolio performanceProactively identify project KPIs trend and initiate action with the teams to develop contingency plansSchedule and coordinate PM “Academy” meetings, including minutes, and follow-up action itemContributing to project activities as requiredAssist in maintaining the portfolio governance structureEnsure that the project portfolio governance process is respected by usersPromote a culture of collaboration, execution excellence, effective communication to enable high performanceEmployees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by managementQualificationsExcellent communication, organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent writing skillsConscientious, reliable in action follow-upPro-active personality with an eye for anticipationHigh attention to detail skillsMust be multi-tasking Must have a customer service-oriented personalityMust be able to work with limited daily supervisionKnowledge in Project Management tools and methodologiesEducation/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications3+years experience as project coordinator or similar experienceStrong knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or equivalentKnowledge of pharmaceutical environmentFluency both in French and English is requiredIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
