DescriptionThis role is within our Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer (CCRO) group as part of a global team to support a big data platform. The platform organizes data collected from various front office businesses and systems and prepares it for processing by our Compliance projects. The role sits within the data sourcing team which is responsible for obtaining and processing data from many systems and normalizing the data into one platform. As a member of this team, you will be supporting in building our data platform and enhancing numbers of existing systems that we have data connectivity with. You will be working across multiple IT and Business teams, owning, and driving the technical delivery of the data layer.Your future colleaguesOur CCRO data sourcing is team composed of business analysts and data engineers. The CCRO data sourcing team brings a diverse set of experiences from working in both IT and other Business areas, with a strong sense of collaboration and drive to deliver the best solutions for the Bank. The team is technical, and we use cutting edge technologies to build out a data lake using big data technologies. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive attitude to work on several requests in parallel.
