Our clients love to work with us because of our unique skillsets, our pragmatic approach, and our will to win.Tasks and responsibilities- The ideal candidate for this position is a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the field of data governance, with expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturing industry. You possess a deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices, with a particular focus on how they relate to this industry. 

- The candidate has a demonstrated proficiency in establishing Business Glossaries and Data Dictionaries, having done so in a previous consulting engagement or in their prior work experience. You are capable of creating and maintaining these important documents that help ensure clear communication and understanding of business terms and data definitions across different teams and departments. 

- Aditionally, the candidate has experience working with data management tools, such as Collibra or Precisely, and has a solid understanding of data object attributes and metadata. You are skilled in utilizing these tools to manage data quality, lineage, and other important data governance functions. 

- You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and are able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. 
 

- You understand that data governance is as a prerequisite for data-driven corporate management, and therefore you are interested in data modelling, data quality management as well as organizational development and change management. 

- You understand the importance of data management tools to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across the entire company and have worked with them (e.g. Collibra or Precisely) 

- You have worked on various software development projects, where you have carried out business analysis and developed technical concepts or specifications. 

- You thrive when you work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.Your profile- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  Information Management or a related if you feel you possess the relevant knowledge. 

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturing industry.

- Technical Skills: The candidate should have strong technical skills and knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. They should be familiar with data modeling, data mapping, data lineage, and data quality management. 

- Communication Skills: The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

- Analytical Skills: The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to analyse complex data relationships and develop effective solutions. 

- Leadership Skills: The candidate should be a self-starter with strong leadership skills. They should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and enable and motivate others to achieve common goals. 

- Certifications: Certifications in data governance, such as CDMP or DGSP, would be an added advantage.
