The wide range of applications for these products places high demands on the mechanical and thermal design.

To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a dedicated design engineer with an interest in power electronics. Your know-how and technical expertise will be key support for diverse customer projects.Your responsibilitiesIn your position, you will be responsible for the mechanical engineering, design and sys-tem integration of thermal management systems for batteries and power converters. Prepare product documentation such as hydraulic schematics, product and component specification, fabrication and assembly documentation and maintain product data in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).Perform type and validation tests for cooling systems on - side and on vehicles. Lead first article inspection on third party thermal management systems. You are responsible for the creation of specifications and clarification of technical questions with suppliers and customers.Support production department in the introduction of new products, maintain the product range and implement corrections and improvements.Willingness to travel 10-20% per year.Assist sales department during the concept and quotation phase.Your backgroundYou have successfully completed bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical engineering or similar field with experience in design of thermal management systems, cooling systems or knowledge in vehicle integration.
