us.We are seeking highly motivated Human Resources Generalists who are
excited to be part of a new HR organization within the Delrin
business.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, successful
candidates will be responsible to:Work closely as an HR Partner/change
agent to communicate and implement HR initiatives across, and at all
levels, of the Delrin business. Oversee the day-to-day management of
core HR process areas such as HR policies & practices, recruitment &
selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and
reporting analytics.Conduct planning for and the administration of
compensation, benefits, and vendor management programs.Manage staffing
related tasks including recruitment processes, liaising with hiring
managers, candidate selection, offer generation, and employee
onboarding. Stay abreast and track all employee / labor agreements,
ensuring that all agreements are adhered to within our Country HR
practices.Build effective working relationships, provide advice and
guidance on HR policies, practices, and employee related matters.
Partner with HR Operations and Payroll teams to achieve operational
and administrative objectives.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:A successful
candidate must have:A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of Human
Resources experience in a multi-national company. Fluency in English
(spoken and written) / Working proficiency in Dutch is
preferredExperience in all phases of HR program administration
including planning, implementation, and day-to-day management.A
collaborative, Team Player mindset with a proven track record of
strong teamwork, building Customer Relations, Engagement and Driving
Results.Experience partnering with business and function resources;
third party vendors or outsourcers.The ability to work with
confidential information, being attentive to details and accuracy,
often in time-critical situations.Skills desirable but not mandatory
are: Extensive stakeholder management experience.Critical thinking and
problem solving.Superior communication skills.Intermediate knowledge
of the MS Office Suite.Fluency in a second language such as Mandarin,
