Your MissionBased in Morges, Switzerland, the Project Engineer
performs a wide range of duties in project management and in
engineering.Engineering:Power cable modeling and implementation in
Omnisens solutionsDesign and optimization of project solution to
support Project managers and SalesCommissioning remotely of Omnisens
monitoring systems and associated tasks, including preparation and
reportingPeriodic analysis and reporting of monitoring systems in
operationAdvanced training of end user and service partners at
Omnisens or at their siteTransfer of new technologies from R&D to
OperationsProject Management:Organization and supervision of service
team during installation and commissioning of onsite activities,
including related documentationManagement and follow-up of projects,
including related documentationInternal reporting of progress,
revenue, and costEffectively applying internal methodology and
enforcing project standardsMeeting with Customer at Omnisens or at
their site for system validation, project review, etc.Your SkillsHigh
analytical skillsKnowledge in HV power cableKnowledge and interest in
programming, Matlab and/or Python scripting is a plusStrong
organizational skills, teamwork oriented, self-motivated, stress
tolerant and ability to work independentlyAbility to manage several
projects simultaneouslyProfessional and customer-oriented appearance
and behaviorExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
toolsProfileMaster’s degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years’
experience in Engineering or Project EngineeringExperience in Power
Cable design, Energy projects or in Fiber Optics technology is a
plusWilling to travel moderately at relatively short
noticeLanguageFluent written and spoken English and FrenchGerman or
