We're seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial success within a specific factory.Your responsibilitiesAct as a business partner to the relevant manager to develop a business model and optimize financial performance within an assigned factory/siteSupports effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various alternatives and recommend the most appropriate solutionsResponsible for factory reporting, analysis and control, financial risk management, annual budgets preparation and balance sheet managementDrives definition and implementation of standards and business-specific guidelines in financial control processes, ensures the continuous improvementManaging large projects or processes with limited oversight from managerCoaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionalsProblems faced are difficult and often complexYour backgroundBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferredA minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and control within a manufacturing environment is requiredExperience with SAP-S4 Hana or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex financial issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.Proven proficiency in financial modeling and forecastingThorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and cost-cutting initiativesStrong leadership and coaching skills to mentor and develop team membersAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goalsAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
