Hug Engineering is your opportunity to apply your skills and ideas, while also making an active contribution to a clean environment.The Finance Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.The main missions of the role are:Provide reliable financial and controlling informationPerform monthly closing processes and assist in monthly reporting processesParticipate in financial forecasting and budgeting processesDevelopment and maintain and monthly analysis of cost centre reportingUpdate information into the ERP System and ensure reliability of costing information in AbacusContribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cash flow (capex, inventories, overdues)Management of investment applicationsProject & R&D ControllingSupport the project management with financial information during all project phases (acquisition, development, execution)Support business profitability analytics for first-fit, retro-fit and aftersales segmentsSupport our R&D team with financial analysis about R&D activities related to customer and development projects (Hours booking, capitalisation, etc)Ensure compliance to all financial proceduresDevelop, execute, and control internal finance proceduresEnsure site activities are compliant with Hug Engineering/Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …) and internal control basicsQualificationsUniversity or Business School with a Finance degree or Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling2-3 years’ experience in controlling department of manufacturing business, project business is an advantageSkills and competencies:Excellent controlling and accounting knowledgeMust be a self-starter, self-motivated and have great organizational skillsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate and work as a team with sales, production and R&D teamGood expertise of ERP System ABACUS is a best, knowledge in the ERP system “SAP“ and/or Hyperion is an advantageProficient with MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointGood communication skillsFluent in German and English requiredFaurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
