Marketing ManagerThe ideal candidate for the Content Manager position
embodies the maverick mindset and is driven to engage consumers in the
products we sell. Bringing a growth mindset, this position will lead
the development of our content strategy and execution across all
channels. Partnering with our external and internal partners, this
position will collaborate with leaders across the business to redefine
the way content is managed and delivered across digital and physical
touchpoints. This position requires someone who is an innovator
beyond any category. A progressive track record with a proven ability
to lead change, collaborate across all functions, and effectively
prioritize in an ambiguous / fast-paced environment is a must. Key

and experience to complement data.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and
manage content across all consumer touchpoints both physical and
digital. Leveraging consumer insights and competitive opportunities
to guide development of the content strategy.Including the
following:Build a content strategy, creating targeted and relevant
content, and distribute marketing communications to audiences across
touchpointsDevelop and distribute timely, relevant content with a deep
understanding of the audience aligned to our brand voiceManage content
workstream across projects collaborating across internal and external
stakeholdersDevelop a content request, review, and management process
to support the new business and brandAudit existing global content for
brand voice, relevance, and optimized usePromote a consistent brand
identity throughout all brand touchpointsCreate a long-term and
short-term content publishing calendar across activationsMonitor
content performance and optimize in partnership with agencyManage the
creative process, facilitate effective brainstorming, and has sound
judgment regarding the value of various ideasRequired Skills and
Qualifications:Project management and/or agency experience an
assetAbility to make quick decisions with incomplete or ambiguous
data. Able to make sound decisions based upon a mixture of analysis,
wisdom, experience, and judgment.Ability to make/recognize effective
trade-off decisions and can negotiate skillfully in tough situations
with both internal and external groups, can win concessions without
damaging relationships.Ability to breakdown barriers and quickly
achieve high impact progress within a bureaucratic organization.
Ability to work well in a complex team environment and marshal
resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done;
uses resources effectively and efficiently.Takes a creative,
open-minded approach to new ways to drive product and brand success.
