Global Application Specialist m/w/d 80-100%

• Serve as a liaison between the global team of application specialists and the product management team, fostering effective communication and collaboration

• Define and implement comprehensive external training strategies for end customers worldwide as part of our future service offering in alignment with overall product and business objectives
• Facilitate the transfer of in-depth product knowledge from the product management team to field application specialists, ensuring a deep understanding of product capabilities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training programs and communication channels, adapting strategies based on evolving market dynamics
• Gather and analyze market feedback from customers and application specialists, distilling valuable insights to inform product development decisions
• Collaborating with the marketing team in the creation of sales enablement materials and content marketing
• Conduct trainings on and/or assist customers in implementing best practices using our solutions and attend and/or give presentations at conferences

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science field, Master‘s or advanced degree preferred
• Strong understanding of upstream bioprocess technology (USP) and/or bioprocess informatics, ideally with industry experience
• Experience with bioprocess modelling and data analysis is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 60 %
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to transfer complex topics in an audience-appropriate manner
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex market feedback into actionable insights
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, affinity to coding, especially C#, and German is a plus
