Safra Sarasin you are acting as spearhead for Security Training Landscape across the J. Safra Sarasin group and develop an IT Security Awareness framework within the existing landscape of the bank. Alongside you will take responsibility for a broad range of tasks from conceptualizing up to monitoring frameworks and provide excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilitiesDevelop and operationalize the IT Security communication strategyDesign the training delivery concept for the entire groupManage the program of new mandatory security training development and deployment incl. the Bank’s awareness campaignsDevelop and implement a global IT Security awareness program by managing multiple stakeholders, establishing KPIs and creation reporting processes and standardsManage content creation and engagement building on organizational platforms, websites, social media, newslettersDesign, maintain, and run the consolidated supervision program for Group Information Security covering the entire groupOn board and manage LMS support vendorYour profileHigher degree in a relevant field and/or education in training development, compliance or any related area5+ years experience in IT Security Awareness training and content design, publication, implementation and compliance tracking10+ years experience in tailored instructional design, educational syllabus design, training delivery and educational project management, achieving business objectives through improving stakeholder management and communicationDevelopment and implementation of communication strategies, plans, as well as full training life cycle, ensuring successful behavioral changeExperience in AEM web design is a plusAbility to work with various stakeholderStrong prioritization and organization skills are essentialCapability to work independently as well as organizational skillsExcellent writing skills in English and very good communication and presentation skillsAgencies, please contact our Human Resources department here to submit profiles.Please note that if you submit your application, Bank J.
