These range from HR and benefits administration to employee communication and operational tasks and projects. We will bring purpose and challenge to your daily work - our motto is to win as a team !What you’ll doBe the first point of contact for our site employeesBe responsible for all administrative HR processes including new hires, changes and exitsMaintain employee data in the personnel database (Workday)  Support benefits administration including cooperation with the global benefits team and our suppliersSupport recruiting offers and onboarding of new hires (visa, work permit, offers, contract, welcome day, HR trainings)Interface with internal and external HR services (pension fund, medical insurance, tax offices...)Compile all salary monthly variable dataPlay a key role in preparing & reviewing payroll data and payslips in close connection with our payroll team and external providers Who you areBachelor/ Equivalent diploma in business administration, accounting or law preferably with a specialization in HRHR Certificate / HR Federal Brevet is a plus 2 years work experience as HR coordinator with full payroll & admin responsibility with external providerDeep knowledge of Swiss HR administrative scope: pension fund, socials deduction, tax at source, year end process & salary certificate, work permit Good customer service-skills and solution-oriented, independent and structured working styleEnjoy dynamic and fast-moving business & work environment Excellent communication skills in French and EnglishStrong IT skills including MS OfficeWhen you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
