Reporting to our local Head of HR, the HR Specialist will be responsible for all HR administration and a dedicated area of Recruiting in the Country to enhance and support the achievement of Business goals while ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience and operational executions.Key ResponsibilitiesWithin this role, you work in close collaboration with the HR Director, the HR Operations and the different line managers.Key activities/responsibilities you will oversee:HR AdministrationManage the full employee life cycle (from intake to contract negotiation/onboarding, contract issuing etc.Onboard new employees, prepare new joiner/apprentice onboarding days in strong partnership with the businessSupport the performance management process together with the Head of HRParticipation in international projects as Employee Engagement, Employer of Choice initiatives, Social MediaMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, provide Recruiting KPI, general reporting etc.Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”Assist in Payroll preparation (only Administrative Information that is needed for the Payroll Specialist)Time Management for all employeesTalent Acquisition & Talent ManagementRecruiting for a dedicated employee areaPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/universities etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (by using databases, social media, universities etc.) to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesSupport and build an innovative Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategies in line with the Group strategy (University marketing activities, strategic partnerships etc.)Built a candidate pipeline, act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processProject managementContinue digitalization programs and constant amelioration of HR processesEvaluation of further HR Projects together with the Head of HR- Active Participation in Projects and become SME for certain HR TopicsHelp to Design and implement an overall HR strategy together with the Head of HR (digitalization etc.)Business Partnership Advise and coach stakeholders in HR related topics with a strong focus and involvement in our field management - Be a partner in the transformation of our business and act as a role model in embracing change - Act as a partner for our employees in various topicsWhat you'll need to succeedHold of a master’s degree or equivalent by experience3/5 years of experience in a “soft HR” role and/or Talent Acquisition – preferably in an internal HR DepartmentLanguage skills: German, English, French, Italian (is a plus)Strong interpersonal skills and customer focusProactive approach and enthusiastic personalityStrong communicator with the ability to create and cultivate relationshipsChange agent and growth mindset, willing to go the extra mile in a dynamic environmentWhat we offerIn HR, we help to develop our most valuable resource – our people.
