will be a key finance partner to the local operation company in

Switzerland.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Finance provides financial
leadership and management to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine
Switzerland and is as key Finance Partner for the Leadership Team and
member of the Board of Directors.You will be responsible for shaping
and delivering business strategy and action to maximize value from
portfolio over the long term, by delivering data analysis and insights
and partnering with business for added value decisions. This includes
planning of revenue, resource allocation, optimization of working
capital and the management of financial risks and opportunities.You
will maintain strong business partnership with JJIM third party
service providers across Switzerland to ensure sustainable business
growth in full compliance of Johnson & Johnson corporate finance
policies, procedures and guidance.In Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) Finance
team, the Head of Finance Switzerland plays a highly collaborative
role, sharing best practices, leading cross-country finance
initiatives to foster learning, collaboration, innovation and drive
value to the MSM Finance cluster.Financial Planning & Controlling·
Leading the financial planning of the business plan, July and November
updates as well as ongoing latest thinking as well as the actual
results for the business. · Leading periodic financial
performance reviews providing insights and foresights to the Local and
MSM leadership teams.· Actively participating in BU Meetings,
Brand Plans, Board Reviews & Strategic Plans.· Actively
contributing and influencing commercial well-informed decision-making
through financial analysis and insights.· Long-term strategic
and short-term business planning and controlling.· Creating and
owning relevant finance policies and procedures to ensure full support
of commercial and business needs within a frame of full compliance to
corporate financial guidelines.Forecast Accuracy & Digital·
Leading the Company in continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.·
Partnering with the Board to ensure ability to meet regional and
corporate requirements.· Translating external environment and
macroeconomic drivers to JJIM P&L, ensuring accurate and
forward-looking planning of Gross-to-Net and Revenue items.·
Embracing Ensemble data analytics to identify opportunities and create
value to the organization.· Setting objectives, actions &
follow-up to promote a cost control mindset in the organization and
perform detailed cost monitoring & control.Business
Partnering/Compliance· Shaping and influencing on board level;
lead the implementation of the Swiss market strategy in collaboration
with the Management Board.· Strong business partnership for JJIM
Switzerland Leadership Team and extended organization· Architect
mindset and actions: constructive challenging and looking for value
creating growth opportunities· Bringing an external focus and
establishing connections with outside stakeholders that drive business
impact.· Ensuring compliance with the J&J WW financial, HCBI and
Business Conduct procedures and driving accountability throughout the
organization.· Actively participating and influencing decisions
in HCC Switzerland Committee and Compliance Forum.People management·
Leading the Swiss BU Finance team and manages Performance and
Development to create a diverse and high performing team.· Being
an inspirational leader for the One Finance organization in
Switzerland, applying networking and collaboration competencies across
the various teams.· Ensuring Credo Values are demonstrated in
the day to day interactions of the Finance team· Responsible for
sharing best practices in terms of processes, deliverables from EMEA
and MSM· Leading a One Finance Team mindset in the local and
remote finance teams supporting JJIM SwitzerlandQualifications·
University and Masters degree in Business Finance/Economics/Accounting
is required· Professional certification in Accounting is
preferred· Extensive relevant business experience and track
record of leadership experience· Preferably solid knowledge of
pharmaceutical business and its interfaces (e.g. sourcing, Supply
Chain, MAF, market access, pricing)· Advanced knowledge of SOX
Compliance requirements· Proven financial and analytical skills,
result and performance driven· Trusted business partner with
strong interpersonal skills, team-player mindset and collaborative
working style· Committed to high standards of compliance·
Strong Strategic Leader with ability to handle complexity and
ambiguity in periods of change; able to work under pressure·
Passion for developing talents combined with strong communication,
influencing and framing skills· Strong leadership skills in
creating high performing teams and developing people to their highest
potential· Fluent English language skills required, German
language skills is a plus· Travel requirements 10% within
