DescriptionResponsible for sales of Grid Automation portfolio in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Ensure that the HUB Europe substantially increases sales, profitability, hit rate, and market share and customer satisfaction. Defining and continuously maintaining paramount market intelligence from a market, customer, and competitor view for all markets within the HUB Europe and feedback to product management. Pro-actively lead, directly and indirectly, the sales teams focused on developing the markets and customers, defending our existing base and achieving results.Your responsibilitiesExceed team sales attainment targets (demand & supply order & gross margin targets) and execute on strategic growth initiativesSet up, drive, develop and optimized HUB sales organization structure in line with the target business growthImplement and follow up on market plans for all areas in the HUB (Solution Line Sales)Serve as a visible driver of strategic client relationships and actively coach team members to drive sales success and personal growth for team membersWork with other global sales leaders & Local Sales Managers to establish best practices for effective coaching, territory and account planning, and sales efficiencyAct as a key influencer at the customers C+ level to support the sales team and help close and deliver sales quotasLiving the Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, Quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the businessYour backgroundUniversity degree in Engineering/Trade qualifications – Electrical or equivalent15 + years of experience requiredExperience across Electrical & Automation Industries within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication & SoftwareLeading sales teams across EuropeExpresses opinions, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positionsCustomer and business oriented, strong commercial and communication skills, and leading virtual teamsDemonstrated success in sales across multi-portfolio solutions and implementing growth actionsGood written and verbal English communication skills
