The position reports directly to the Head of IT and Facility Management of CAIS head office and functionally to the CTO of the CA Indosuez Group (CAIW).Its main tasks are to:Define, deploy and maintain efficient and ergonomic digital equipment and solutions for the Bank’s staff (Workstations, Infrastructure & Networks, Servers & Storage and communication technologies).Manage a local IT team in Switzerland and Asia. For Asian branches, the IT Manager works closely with local IT Managers and ensures that IT strategy is deployed in Asia.Coordinate, advise and support local IT Managers in their work. Maintain regular contact with Asian branch COOs who manage the daily operational activities of local IT Managers and the projects they are responsible for.Interact with Service Providers, define and monitor the SLAs and supervise the Service Providers to monitor and maintain the delivered services.
