- Enhance and drive IT KPI Reporting for a global IT Service Management division in the banking industry
- Develop a reporting strategy and orchestrate IT operation-related controls and monitoring
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for the area of IT Service Management
- Coordinate reporting and communication activities to legal entities and senior management
- Actively support the IT Service Management, e.g. ITSM strategy development, financial controlling, project and process steering
- Participate in regular Review Meetings and drive follow-up actions
- Support IT internal and external staff during audits, drive regulatory provider reporting
- Multiple years of experience in management reporting and data analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Very good English language skills
- Experience with Tableau, SQL or Python
- Experience with Jira
- Experience in the financial industry and its IT landscapes
- Very good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
