  • Enhance and drive IT KPI Reporting for a global IT Service Management division in the banking industry
  • Develop a reporting strategy and orchestrate IT operation-related controls and monitoring
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for the area of IT Service Management
  • Coordinate reporting and communication activities to legal entities and senior management
  • Actively support the IT Service Management, e.g. ITSM strategy development, financial controlling, project and process steering
  • Participate in regular Review Meetings and drive follow-up actions
  • Support IT internal and external staff during audits, drive regulatory provider reporting
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in management reporting and data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Very good English language skills
Nice to have
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL or Python
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience in the financial industry and its IT landscapes
