The company has offices in Switzerland, the US, France, and India.For more information, please visit DescriptionYou will join a small team and participate in the maintenance and evolution of IT infrastructures. The HQ is in Switzerland, your scope will be multi-sites with a mix of in-house and cloud environments.If you are open-minded with a flair for new technologies while being able to adapt to healthcare regulations and constraints, please get in touch.You will:Configure, manage and maintain technical and security requirements of physical servers, Virtual systems, and operating systems in a mixed Linux/Windows/MAC environment.Admin support for special purpose systems including new tools implementation – Collaboration tools such as Atlassian Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket, File sharing solutions (Owncloud), SSO integration (Keycloak, LDAP/Kerberos/SAML/OAuth).Ensure design of systems allowing all components to work properly together over multiple sites and toolsPerform periodic performance reporting and resource optimizationHardening and locking down Windows and Linux systems to ensure full compliance with security requirementsContainerization– Docker and LXCMonitoring – Zabbix, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, Grafana and Kibana dashboard creationAdminister Deployment management tools – AnsibleManage Versioning tools – GitManage Web Services (Apache, HAProxy, Nginx), Databases (Postgres, Mongodb) and High availability Install new/rebuild existing workstations, peripherals, services, settings, storage, etc…Standardize workstations equipment.Maintain network facilities in individual machines and settings of personal computers. New account creation/adjustment/cancellation. Manage users’ systems/accounts authorization rights in the IT infrastructure.Maintain data center environment and equipment. Inventory management.Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience+5 yrs experience in Linux system administration and networkingLinux shell scripting, programming skills (Bash, Python, Perl, Java...) and virtualisation experienceWindows and Mac workstations support management would be an assetKnowledge of the Kubernetes stack and Helm templating is a plusExperience with IDS and IPS systems is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact orally and in writing to a variety of audiencesFluency in English, and French is a plusAbility to work well under deadlines and pressureEssential soft skills to be successful:Good interpersonal skills Effective planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilityAble to work independently and as a team playerYou are able to take initiative and be self-drivenCustomer service orientedIcing on the cake:Experience with Network design and security.At ease with Atlassian’s suite and agile methodologySystems Administration/System Engineer certificationAdditional InformationPlease note that for this position only Swiss, eligible EU citizens or those with a valid work permit for Switzerland will be considered.A scale-up company in innovative therapiesDynamic and driven teamFlexible work environmentExcellent location in Lausanne, easily accessible with an amazing lake viewSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Information Technology
