DescriptionDISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Provide direct support to the CFO, with the objective of maximizing the value of leadership time. Take the lead on managing operational aspects of leadership for the Finance team.Participate into projects within Reinsurance and Finance with a special focus on corporate restructuring and expense optimization. Ensure successful project realization within an appropriate project governance through procedures, instructions, and clear timelines.Actively monitor expenses for Reinsurance, identify cost levers and work with the different businesses to optimize the use of resources. Provide transparency on the cost allocations by the AXA XL division to Reinsurance.Lead and participate in acquisition and operational cost benchmarking activities. Derive recommendations, present to the Reinsurance Leadership, and drive the implementation across Reinsurance.Co-ordinate and manage Finance events (e.g., management team meetings, Town Halls, strategy events, team building), ensure outputs/deliverables are understood, assigned, and actioned. In partnership with the CFO Reinsurance, identify and execute on critical change management and colleague engagement initiatives. Track, measure, and report on results and benefits.  Engage, influence, and align stakeholders in support of the unit and its objectives. Be a key central interaction point for other parts of the organization into the Finance team.Work with the CFO Reinsurance to manage the planning and delivery of communications, ensuring efficient and timely flow of information.SHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Education/Qualifications/ExperienceUniversity degree in business administration, finance, or economics.5 years of professional experience in Finance roles in the financial industry, preferably reinsurance.Skills and Abilities:Financial experience within an international environment with an understanding of regulatory and solvency requirements.Good understanding of acquisition and operational expense management.Good project management skills with the ability to drive execution across a diverse group of stakeholders. Able to implement and deliver strategic initiatives, making positive impact to the organization. Approach tasks proactively and anticipate needs. Think quickly and have the flexibility to (re-)prioritize multiple work streams/ projects/ tasks without sacrificing quality.
