Responsible for developing and enhancing manufacturing processes and test methods, this position collaborates closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth production with the highest quality and productivity while also sustaining these efforts over time. You will be located in Regensdorf (Switzerland).Your responsibilities:Support efforts to transition development initiatives to feasible and scalable manufacturing solutions; ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing processes based on product requirement specifications in close collaboration with product engineering, supply chain, and the manufacturing teamProvide feedback on design aspects and facilitate FMEA exercises for new or existing product lines; manage the implementation of engineering changesDevelop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and fabrication processes for parts, components, and assemblies to ensure safety, product quality, manufacturability and enhance efficiencyIn collaboration with the supply chain function, review technical documentation, evaluation of materials, tooling and test equipmentEvaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve production yield and quality issues, and investigate issues using a systematic approach to root cause and corrective actionsYour qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering or related disciplineManufacturing Engineer 3+ years’ experience in consumer electronics, automotive electro-mechanical and electronic components/systems, aerospace electromechanical and electronics systems or medical device electro-mechanical and electronic componentsFluent in GermanDemonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principlesand toolsresulting in efficiency and production gainsAbility to interpret technical drawings and Geometric Dimensional and tolerances (GD&T)Ability to automate standard data analysis using programming languagesWe offer:Exciting technical challenges and expert colleagues with years of experience in the fieldA human-sized organization where you’ll have contact beyond the Operations departmentCoaching and learning opportunities at every stage of your careerAttractive employment conditions including flexible working hours, pension plan, and free parkingImmerse yourself in a vibrant and dynamic workplace that spans industries such as printing, packaging, photography, graphic design, video, automotive, paints, plastics, and textiles.
