doProvide leadership, detailed planning, program objectives and
technical support for the introduction of new products, materials,
processes, technologies & End of life (EOL)Act as the liaison between
Engineering, NPI and the shop floor (materials & manufacturing teams)
on all part related changes to current and future productsInterface
with all levels of workforce and management to achieve successful
change implementation, new product introductions (NPI) & EOLEnsure
execution plan meet all customer and program commitments (in a timely,
quality and cost conscious manner)ECO review and implementationNew
part set up, cost, BOM set up, and cost requestsNew routing set up,
change, and set up for WIP jobsFAI set up and coordinationPHASE IN
PHASE OUTCoordinate with the materials manufacturing teamsCost request
workflowMagic to Oracle interfaceMake all BOM changes to Manufacturing
WIPSupport transfer of production from current site (Eysins) to the
new facility nearby & support vertical integration activitiesDevelop
knowledge and understanding of products (specifications), supply chain
& production process work instructions and operates within them to
ensure that a product conforms to its specificationsWho you areB.S.
Degree or Engineering (Mechanical or Material background)Proven
experience on project management & in the supply chainIdeally a proven
experience as Design Transfer Engineer & Transfer of
productionHands-on & Customer-focused personProven experience in
influencing and driving changeStrong interpersonal and leadership
skillsExperience in a highly regulated environment (such as Medical
