results-driven sales professional, who is self-motivated and hungry
for success.The role requires a highly organized, dynamic, analytical,
creative and client-focused individual, with a strong background in
sales and business development, who will maximize media revenue and
profits for the group. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Media Sales revenue –
Digital Display, Branded Content, Sponsorship, Creative Solutions,
Programmatic/ DataAccustomed to 8 external meetings a weekAdapt to new
business opportunities, create sales solutions, and present these to
marketBuild, maintain and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading
Desks, independent trading desks and other demand sourcesSell multiple
products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each
product, without digressing from a coherent product message and
overall strategyIndependently build and manage a robust pipeline and
accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue bookedWork
closely with the Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed
revenue goalsInteract with the Account Management team to effectively
manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign
managementManage presentations, build relationships and negotiate
contractsQualificationsSkills and ExperienceEssentialExtensive
experience in driving media sales revenue, and negotiating at a senior
levelExperience in sales and business developmentDemonstrable
experience in meeting and exceeding sales targetsExceptional
presentation and communication skillsExperience in structuring and
negotiating deals in this spaceFluency in French and
EnglishDesirableIdeally coming from an agency or publisher background
Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot,
and make strategic business recommendationsProficient in Excel and
other Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience in travel,
technology, and/or consumer internetAbilities/qualities Thorough and
meticulous with extreme attention to detailProactive team
