You will support the team in its rapid growth and help achieve their goals by providing guidance, support, and driving continuous improvement in processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role contributes significantly to organizational success, ensuring customer satisfaction while sustaining the growth in order management processes. You will also work closely with the other teams supporting sales, the sales team, and with various other teams across the organisation.On a daily basis, you willLead a team of Order Management Specialists, divided between Geneva, Annecy, and Austin, TX.Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.Ensure productivity within the team through Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring individual workload balance Establish and maintain processes to help the team achieve their goalsCollaborate effectively with various other teams across the organizationWork closely with your team, Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management team to resolve invoice disputesMake sure that communication continuously happens inside and outside of the teamEncourage team members in their development, and help maximize their skillsSupport the onboarding process of new team members and consistent learning inside the teamMake sure that data is available to support decisionsEnsure consistency in the execution of processes across the teamAct as hiring manager The skills you will demonstrateEducation background  in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field5+ years experience in order management within an international and fast-paced environment3+ years of proven leadership experienceStrong understanding of purchase order process and invoicing, Ideally in the software industryProven leadership and team-building skills, passionate about helping people growExcellent communication and listening skillsStrong ability to work effectively as part of a teamValuing high-quality workAbility to think criticallyKnowledge of Salesforce.com Fluent EnglishWhy you will love it here• We value a safe work culture - founded in respect, kindness, and the right to fail.• We hire great people - we value communication skills as much as technical prowess and we strive to create a work environment that allows for everyone to succeed and feel empowered to do their best work.
