organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for
aComputer Systems AnalystMission:The primary responsibilities include
liaising between IT and business stakeholders, improving the quality
of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business
decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs.
Understanding the needs and expectations of business stakeholders,
understanding their challenges and come up pro-actively with
suggestions, improvements and deliver upon thoseResponsible for the
oversight on computer system’s development and technical
implementation, and for the availability and set-up of the (validated)
computer system Your responsibilities will be but not limited
to:Gather and document business needs and requirements based on
company defined processes, business use cases and deliver IT project
proposals for enhancing, upgrade or implementation of new
systemsImplement and execute agile software development
methodologiesPrepare and manage sprintsWrite user stories, including
acceptance and delivery criteriaFollows the company defined processes,
IT strategy, regulatory landscape requirements and Procedural
Documents according to CSLC/CSV processes Finding technological
solutions to business requirements and is spokesperson within IT,
business and Quality for technical aspects of computer systems.Works
closely with the DPO responsible for General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) implementation to ensure the necessary GDPR
requirements shall be met Researching new functionality for existing
computer systems (clinical applications) and recommend
improvements.Supports business stakeholders in deciding if IT systems
and infrastructure upgrades make business sense.Managing the lifecycle
of the system (updates, upgrades, improvements, etc.)Takes system
ownership in maintaining and administer the computer systemWrite and
Execute test plans and cases on systems and applications.Training
end-users and writing instruction manuals as necessary
RequirementsDegree in computer engineering, business administration,
or related field.3+ years in a technology-driven role in
Pharmaceutical/BioTech or equivalent industry.Excellent
problem-solving skills with analytical and conceptual thinking
skillsProven ability to clearly write IT project proposals and project
charters, as well CSLC/CSV documentationProven ability to understand
business needs and work closely with them to determine acceptable
solutionsExperience with project management in waterfall as well agile
PM methodology Proficient using Jira, Azure DevOps or similarBeing a
team player, curiosity, attention to detail and ability to interact
with business stakeholders on all levels and analyze their needs with
a sense of serviceBusiness professional French and English
