Job DescriptionAbout This RoleAs Patient Services Lead you will be driving the innovative value proposition of the International Patient Services strategy addressing uncovered and unmet needs for dedicated Therapeutic area to improve experiences and outcomes for patients and health systems for more sustainable care. You will focus on co-creation/ design of innovative services and solutions within ex-US, regions (ECP/BIR), and cross-functional teams and external community.Reporting to Head of International Patient and Healthcare Services, based in Baar, Switzerland.What You'll DoStrategy and Operational ExcellenceBe the go-to person and represent International Patient Services team for questions related to Patient Services for the assigned Therapeutic Areas for EX-US in multiple forums & projects and requests/inquiries from the senior leadershipAccountable for identifying and aligning the strategic and tactical plans for the dedicated portfolio in collaboration with the International/Global Cross-functional team  incorporate activities in the integrated customer plan (ICP) and ensure multi countries activation (EX-US) including training developmentEstablish cross functional PSP forum and be integrated  in the  launch Excellence workstream across the regions (ECP,BIR,  APAC, LATAM) for strategic advice and direction on patient experience and PSP from Phase 2/3. Ensure successful roll out, maintenance and delivery of existing and new modules (e.g. new products/ indications) of Global Patient Materials for dedicated portfolioCollaborate with Customer & Market Insights, PEET and R&D and other relevant stakeholders (internally and externally to Biogen) to gather insights on Patient/ Caregivers and HCPs needsAlign on prioritized initiative and co design with countries tailored solution to support the unmet needs, review tactical plans for Patient ServicesAct as and be recognized as Therapeutic Area (TA) and products services lead for any related project, new regional protocol, or service to be planned, designed, and executed across EX-USAccountable for budget planning, oversight and contractual activities, vendor screening and selection for services for the assigned therapeutic areaMetrics & Data generation activitiesResponsible for defining program KPI, metrics, in collaboration with the assigned department, to measure performance and outcome of support programsAccountable, in collaboration with HEOR, Medical, V&A, responsible of defining data generation strategy and PSP value added service in line with BIIB procedures, industry standard and regulationWho You AreYou are a driven innovator with prior experience working in cross-functional teams without direct line authority and ability to lead and in fluence in the matrix. Ability to challenge the status quo, create new partnership and collaboration with external parties to bring new innovative solution  across product lifecycle and portfolio. Must have excellent analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking, ability to create a strong narrative on PSP program and its value, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsEducation BA/MsS/ MBA (preferred)15+years’ experience in Pharma industry and healthcarePrevious roles at country and international/ global level preferredPrevious experience in product/innovative service launch, rare disease, patient advocacy and market access preferredStrong sound in legal, corporate compliance, data generation, digital tool, quality, safetyMust have excellent analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking, ability to create a strong narrative on PSP program and its value, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentEnglish required, other language will be a plusAdditional InformationWhy Biogen?Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
