Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.Advance your career and contribute to the development of global healthcare.Become part of the world's largest healthcare design and manufacturing services company and contribute to the development, design and manufacture of products and solutions on behalf of leading international healthcare brands to improve patient health.For our site in Le Locle , as of immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for aProcess Engineering Supervisor II - V&D- Medical Device Processes (w/f/d) 100%Your tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for leading a team of experts in process validation and NC/CAPA/Obs, providing engineering support to the workcell and contributing towards key business drivers such as HSE, Quality, Supply and CostTalent development of team members through coaching, training, and personalized developments plansProvision of clearly defined responsibilities and objectives to team membersTracking the team members activity by using Celoxis project management toolDefinition and execution of individual performance improvement and development plans for team members in-line with the Plant strategic imperatives and objectivesProvision of effective performance reviews in a timely mannerIdentification of training needs of staff and opportunities for development to maximize their potentialSupporting attainment of key business metrics through the provision of engineering support for value stream processesDeveloping stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approachLeading a structured approach to scrap reduction within the value streams through data, capture, analysis and problem-solving meeting commitments made in the Business PlanProviding process input into the value stream mapping process which is used to develop the business plan for the value streamProviding updates to management on a weekly and monthly basis in relation to financial performance in the areas of scrap and consumablesSupporting day to day operationsProject Management - providing timely and accurate reporting on project activities ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelinesProviding support to the team in Root Cause Analysis of supply and quality issues as they arise through tools such as 8D and Six SigmaEnsuring timely closure of quality actions such as Training, Audit Actions, NCR’s, CAPA’s across the teamEnsuring all process development and validation activities within the team are managed in accordance with the Quality management systemProviding direction and support for the development of validation strategiesWork with Process Engineering Manager to develop and implement strategic engineering Goals & Objectives.Support the implementation of all engineering and plant strategic initiativesYou will report to: Process Engineering ManagerYour background:Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline5 or more years relevant experience and proven leadership skillsExperience in regulated industry, FDA, ISO, etcProcess validation experience for regulated industries requiredPrevious experience managing Non conformance and corrective and preventive actions investigationsBusiness fluency in English and FrenchExperience in quality engineering is a plusWhat we offer you:A responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presenceProgressive employment conditions with long-term perspectiveA high level of personal responsibility and independent workA safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplaceBonus system, extra vacation days and many other benefitsFind out more about JABIL Switzerland.We are looking forward to receiving your complete application documents online!
