WHAT YOU'LL DOManage the full lifecycle of the client-related projects from project opening, to corrections, to project closingMaintain the accuracy of the data in our project calculation tool and ensure the data match with the automatically transferred data to the finance toolCarrying out case-related transfers, corrections, and absorptions with our Global Finance teamEnsure the completeness of employee timesheets and its correction with local policiesSet up and adjust employee data in our finance toolWeekly update of finance dashboards and ensure data accuracyManage the archiving process of case related documentsSupport the team in its daily business, project management and accounting taskYOU'RE GOOD ATCompleting tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessStaying on top of things and communicating improvement suggestions proactivelyExhibiting an analytical and conceptual thinking with high solution orientation and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills to colleagues, managers, and stakeholdersAbility to adapt to a new and dynamic environmentInteracting with internal and external stakeholders across functions and networksYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Two or more years of relevant work experience in an international environment (preferably in the professional service industry)Fluency in German and English (B2-C1 or higher)Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (Tableau and Alteryx a plus)Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. Oracle or SAP) is beneficialYOU'LL WORK WITHYou will work within our skilled and dedicated finance team.
