As a QA Specialist (m/w/d) you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations, Viatris’ global policies and local procedures; and Viatris Pharma GmbH Quality Management System.Your responsibilities:Managing the local controlled documents in Viatris Documentation Management System for the Swiss AffiliateOwner of the local Training Management Process and acting as coordinator for local trainingsEnsuring initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintainedAdministrator Role within the global Training SystemProviding related KPI on demandActing as local Complaint Specialist, managing quality complaints and monthly creation of the complaint reconciliationInvolvement in Batch Release activitiesTaking ownership of QA improvement projectsResponsible for the data entry and processing of contracts (CDA/QTA/PVA) in the Local Contract Management SystemInteracting with various stakeholders within the affiliate and the Global organizationThe minimum qualifications for the role:University degree in natural science2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred in quality assurance;Very good knowledge and working experience in Swiss regulations.
