now. We are opening a new role of "EMEA Quality Operations leader for
Storage".The candidate will join a great team and will be in charge of
developing the quality plan for our storage business and to secure its
effective business impact, notably for our residential, commercial and
industrial segments. Our ambition is to achieve millions $ Sales by
2025. Ultimate goal is to deliver products and software that meet
customers' expectations and high-quality delivery standards, so that
our customers renew and expand their partnership with Eaton.MAIN
FUNCTIONS:Design, build and deploy the Quality Plan for the product
line "Storage", for residential, commercial, and industrial segments,
in consistency with the division quality plan.Ensure resolution of
customers claims with countries field services teams, and factories.
Continuously improve resolution capabilities. Drive quality
performance for storage and deliver corrective action plans. Be the
voice of quality during the Engineering design phase of our new
Storage products, and secure quality requirements are in place before
the launch.In coordination with Supply Chain, lead supplier
performance reviews for Storage and corrective action plan.Prepare
readiness for the product line to get external market- and internal
Eaton- quality certifications.QualificationsWhat we are looking
for:Master's degree required, preferably in Engineering or other
technical disciplineMinimum of 5 years' experience in Quality or
Operational ExcellenceKnowledge in Quality Engineering/ Management ISO
Certification experienceDeliver results, Influence & convinceFluent
