Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.We currently offer the following position in Switzerland which will be fully remote.Regional Service Manager Central Europe (d/f/m)Come and join a fantastic team!You will lead a team of managers - developing, improving and motivating the organization to deliver best service customers would expect, make it a best place to work and manage the P&L You will directly report to our EMEA Service Director.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESBe Accountable for leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, and development. Drive business results and manage customer relationships in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.Take accountability for the P&L of the assigned region / counties.Own the growth plan and execution and also the resulted profitability.Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and all internal Leica Microsystems teams and organizations.Lead service execution which continuously surpasses customer expectations.Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with the EHS policies and procedures and the Leica Microsystems Quality Management System.Drive change initiatives as required to improve efficiencies and execute on business commitments.Structure the countries and region to become best in class in regard to customers satisfaction, associates’ engagement, growth, profitability.Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve the Service Business.Promote and motivate direct reports and teams to contribute with continuously improving our service delivery, execution and commercialization.YOUR PROFILESolid experience in managing customer relationships.Proven experience as people leader, managing managers and individual contributors.Strong exposure to change management, conflict resolution and structures set-up.Aftermarket service experience in the Healthcare, Life Science, Industrial or IT markets is an advantage.Great communication skills and de-escalation ability.High customer orientation, great leadership skills and a continuous- improvement mindset.A passionate leader, with a growth and continuous improvement mindset.Very good German and English language skills (in spoken and written).At Leica Microsystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
