DescriptionSr Marketing MGR, Global Women's HealthWe are looking for a
talent to join the EH Growth Team based in Zug, Switzerland, as Senior
Marketing Manager Womens Health, EH Growth Team. The Senior Marketing
Manager will deliver global toolkits and guidance based on the global
strategy for Women’s Health, and deliver the 3YOP Innovation Pipeline
to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the
Women’s Health brand development team with a strong outside in focus.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work with a cross-functional team of
R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing leads
to develop growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive
data and insights. This position reports into the Growth Team
Director. Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesBrand & connections
excellence: 40%Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advances
the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in
Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply
Chain and regional Commercial Organizations. Delivers winning brand
building plans through strong collaboration with the BMCs to address
meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise. Develops and
ensure the implementation of, consistent and aligned global comms,
content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG
principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world
through the deployment teamsAdvances Science of Brand Building
capabilities in Kenvue making it a strong organizational
muscle.Leadership foundations: 20%Ensure strong collaboration &
participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.Works
closely with the local BMCs markets’ teams to understand consumer
insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver
the best long-term plans for the brand.Always put consumer first to
unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.Innovation and
portfolio excellence: 30%Delivers globally a consistent and
distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category
prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue,
especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and
regional Commercial Organizations. Delivers the global brand pipeline
ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.Delivers
winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with
the BMCs based on consumer needs. Develops and ensure the
implementation of consistent and aligned global innovations together
with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper)
consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls
out to rest of world through the deployment teams.Putting our people

and behaviours.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education: Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plusRequired
Years of Related Experience: 8+ years of Progressive experience
executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and
operations•Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand
leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization,
preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.
Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional
teams. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with
meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working
with local markets, preferable clout in India, Brazil or Germany.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Evidence of having worked
in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex
simple.•Experience in working with global E2E cross functional
teams.•Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local
markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth + experience working
with and managing global teams.•Demonstrated experience managing E2E
innovation processes and global pipeline development (including
creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in
sustained global brand growth.•Proven experience in managing the
complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior
level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across
various levels who are not direct reports.•Experience working with
R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and
Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal,
Regulatory, and global partners is preferred. Travel on the job:
