In this role you will provide coaching and process improvement for Honeywell Building Technology teams across multiple regions. You’ll help the teams work in an agile manner but also ensure they deliver value to customers across a range of building systems that provide life safety and sustainability outcomes. Key requirements•     Provide hands-on assistance to cross-functional teams working on a full New Product Introduction (NPI) process.•     Ensure that customer value is understood, converted into a strong business case, and then delivered incrementally by an engineering team. •     Deliver improvements both in the engineering execution as well as revenue delivery for projects.•     Communicate with key business and engineering stakeholders (CTOs and CCOs) on the maturity, opportunities, and priorities for their teams.•     Contribute to the central HBT Software Excellence function that improves the delivery of software across all HBT locations from our Swiss office.Key skills and qualifications•     Passion for being part of a large, global organization that delivers innovative, technology driven products that save lives and reduce the environment footprint in buildings all over the world.•     University degree in engineering field and at least 5 years of practical experience in developing software-intensive systems. •     Experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in a large organization.•     Practical knowledge of DevSecOps and Built-in-Quality (BiQ) practices.•     Great communication and coaching skills to work constructively with all levels of the organization.•     Certifications in deploying and implementing SAFe.• Fluency in the English languageOur offer·       A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment·       Market specific training and ongoing personal development.·       Experienced leaders to support your professional development Equal opportunity statementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
