Automation Professional in Lengnau, SwitzerlandIn this function, you
will part of the Manufacturing Engineering team in Lengnau, a
state-of-the-art Drug Substance Manufacturing site for Biologic's.Your
Responsibilities:Contact person for the production team for the
technical provision of the systemsGMP-compliant implementation and
documentation of maintenance and repair work. (Planned and unplanned).
Process and confirm notifications and orders in the maintenance
management systemCompliance with regulations, especially regarding
quality, ecology, and safety, especially the applicable standards and
guidelines of the Electricity Act SR 734.0, Heavy Current Ordinance SR
734.2, NIV SR 734.27, NEV SR 734.26, NIN and relevant
standards.Support for the maintenance planner (maintenance planner) in
spare parts managementEnsuring compliance with contractually agreed
processes in the assigned mandatesSolving of electrical/automated
systems and fault analyses, development and implementation of proposed
solutions when recurring problems occur in collaboration with the
system suppliers and the system ownersProvision of on-call
serviceSupport in updating the system documentation (circuit diagrams,
EMSR schemes)Handling and supervising external companies (service
technicians)Ensures alignment and implementation to current GMP rules,
Quality policies, procedures and instructions for their area of
responsibility.Your qualification:Degree (bachelor, masters, or long
experience in an equivalent position) in automation-, electro- or
electronic- engineer, Dipl. Ing. or M.Sc. or B.Sc. or
equivalentMinimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of
plant maintenance / automation (chemical, pharmaceutical, food
industry)Experience with Siemens Simatic products (TIA
Portal)Experience handling HVAC Systems is a good advantageExperience
of Profinite / Profibus PA systems and calibration is an
advantageExperiences and knowledge in Automation, Hardware design,
Software Design, PLC technology.In-depth working experience in
regulated industries; knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR part11 and
validation.Shown project execution skills including document
development and software implementation.Knowledge of active directory,
DNS, IP networks and virtualization is helpfulKnowledge and
understanding of ISA 95 and ISA 88 standards is helpfulShown customer
focus experiences and situational adaptability with both internal and
external resources.Experiences in cGxP qualification is a nice to
haveExperience in support of multi-site projects is a plusLanguages:
