As a Senior Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice, you will pursue exciting transformation in WAM, BCM and insurance initiatives and design, plan and deliver solutions for our clients. Your Key ResponsibilitiesPursuing exciting transformation initiatives in the Financial Services industry across banking, insurance, and reinsurance clientsTaking responsibility and leading the delivery of project streams and internal initiativesCollaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shaping ideas, designing solutions, and delivering measurable, sustainable improvements in business performance Applying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical mannerLeveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goalsPreparing and driving internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessionsCo-hosting events & preparing targeted client communicationsHelping to drive go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clients Skills And Attributes For SuccessAt least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services Industry and/or experience in a management consultancy practice Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciencesStrong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sectorDistinctive problem-solving skills and good business judgmentStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functionsStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographiesFluency in German and English is mandatory, Swiss German and any other language is a plus.Ideally you will also have:Experience in TOM (target operating model) design and process improvements within different functions of the Financial Services industryExperience in working with Agile and Design Thinking methodologiesExperience in UX (user experience) design and reviewProject management experience, including the ability to recognize and track dependencies among projects and/or streamsExperience and/or interest in leading a small team within a project streamExperience in regulatory transformation projectsKnowledge / practical experience with ESGWhat We Offer EY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues coming from all over the world.
