European Headquarters (Regensdorf, Switzerland), your primary role is
to drive and support all FP&A activities for the EMEA businesses. The
candidate will be able to conduct complex data modelling to create
strategic business insights and work directly with senior sales
leaders to turn insights into actions. This is an excellent
opportunity for a results-oriented self-starter who is looking to go
beyond simply reporting numbers and share in the ownership of business
results by using critical thinking to engage with and influence senior
leaders.Tasks:Perform complex data analysis, translating them into
insights and findings as well as storytelling-style presentations for
internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate on full P&L reporting on
a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and support annual budget
process on a full P&L basisContinuously improve processes through
automation. Identify areas of opportunity to use business intelligence
platforms and partner with IT to deploySupport sophisticated financial
models to support key decision makingBuild and own commission plans
and models for the regional businessSkills:Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or BusinessAnalytical/problem-solving skills at
the macro and micro levelAbility to provide operational and strategic
support to Senior LeadersVery strong Excel skillsWorking knowledge of
Microsoft BI stack (specifically Power BI), is preferred, not
