When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.General Description:The Senior Manager, Contract Management (CM) Operations, will be a key member of the Procurement and CM Excellence team responsible for leading global CM operations initiatives and support for the region, as well as managing CM Operations team members.  Key areas of responsibility include Contract Management, Chop and e-Chop Management, Information Governance, Knowledge Management, and other CM Operations responsibilities as identified where they will be the project lead.  Under the supervision of the Senior Director, this position will work cross-functionally with business partners to develop and maintain new processes, systems and metrics in support of the Procurement Team and the Company.  The successful candidate must be solution-oriented and able to drive consensus across various functions, and thrive at working on large, complex initiatives that will help us to scale CM services. Responsibilities:Contract ManagementLead project manager for contract management system initiatives, including new development projects (e.g., features, system configurations), and template and clause development and maintenance. Working with Procurement team members as well as cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Operations, Commercial), identifies opportunities to enhance contracting workflows while simultaneously managing risk.Manages CM Operations team.Leads change management programs to drive adoption and compliance.Oversight of chop and e-chop management processes.Knowledge ManagementDevelops and maintains forms / processes / self-help tools to support business users.Maintains and promotes resources / subscriptions for the Legal, Compliance and Procurement team and tracks usage.Maintains Procurement department’s database of presentations and training materials.Assists with development of Knowledge Management tools and resources to support development of Legal, Compliance and Procurement team members.Assists with updating and management of content on the Procurement department’s intranet site.Trains new Legal & Procurement team members on department tools, resources, and operations; andSupports other Procurement projects as required.Procurement Team Support and ManagementSupports the Senior Director with Procurement team budgeting and tracking.Assists with Procurement department operations, including vendor management, key performance metrics, meetings, and presentations.Supports individual Procurement team members as requested to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Supports project management on key initiatives for Procurement department, including contract management, document management, knowledge management and other areas as needed; andKeeps current on latest CM Operations industry trends and developments and identifies opportunities to implement best practices.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position manages members of the CM Operations Team.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree; strong preference for a MBA or project management certification..7 - 10 years experience in legal, procurement or business operations; experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; as well as project management applications such as Microsoft Project and Visio.Experience using Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform for developing and managing dashboards / metrics.Experience with Icertis/Agiloft/Ariba CM or other major CM software.Demonstrated experience in managing projects.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Great attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using excellent discretion and judgment.Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a team player.Ability to be flexible and willing to accept new responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Excellent English speaking and writing skillsFluent in ChineseTravel: Up to 20%Education Required:Bachelor of Arts / Science required.  MBA preferred.7 – 10 years of experience working in legal, procurement or business operationsCompetencies:Ethics - Treats people with respect;
