is accountable to ensure access, design and execute access solution to
our medicines within or outside provision of national health insurance
law such as implementation or facilitation of reimbursement decisions
as well as KVV Art. 71 a-d and cell and gene therapy reimbursement,
respectively. More specifically the (Sr.) Market Access Managero
ensures execution of in-market reimbursement decisions and
reimbursement of products outside provision of reimbursement list
(list of specialties) such as cell & gene therapies and others ATMPs
(advanced therapeutic medicinal products) by o supports the
organization to meet its short and long-term goals by creating
sustainable access solutions, delivering breakthrough analysis and
insights to the commercial organizationo Develops tailored value
story and access strategies for local access for responsible brands in
close collaboration with HEOR, Medical, Commercial in a
cross-functional way of working as well as ensures and aligned
messaging across BMS SwitzerlandMajor tasks includeo Preparing and
submitting compelling reimbursement dossiers including NA / GÄL / LOE
/ APD / PEG / Delisting / 3yPI / PM using local and international data
and insightso Co-developing overall reimbursement strategy taking
into account BMS internal requirements, external frameworko
Understanding Swiss P&R framework and anticipating health policy
trends and its implications for BMS in order to accelerate access for
our patientso Understanding Health insurance, Medical officer’s
needs, negotiating prices and contracts across BMS portfolio
conditions according to BMS strategy with key customers according to
BMS commercial policy within legal and ethical boundaries as well as
ensures appropriate record managementKey competencies:o Successfully
completed studies in medical natural sciences, pharma-economic, or
other relevant qualification.o Very good knowledge of Swiss health
care and hospital system and proven track record in account
management.o Knowledgeable in market access and health economics
(understanding and application of models), building value stories,
creating local access solutions, negotiation and contracting
capabilities, stakeholder mapping and relationship management.o
Highly customer-oriented, communicative and effective relationship
building skills paired with excellent analytical and strategic
capabilities.o Collaboration with all relevant parts of the BMS
organization, based on effective teaming and an integrated data /
value demonstration strategy.o Efficient goal-oriented and
self-dependent working style.o Experienced in stakeholder mapping
and action planning. Feels comfortable working autonomously with good
project management skills. o Excellent language skills in German and
English. French is a plus.o 2-5 years experienced in a customer
