What we will deliver

We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.

By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.

The Role

The Brand and Insights team will a full time Senior Marketing Manager to execute against the business ambition in various Consumer Health categories. This role will lead strategic individual projects and support the category at an overall program level.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute against global marketing initiatives to launch & drive business growth including innovation (strategy & projects), consumer connections and retail facing category vision and strategy.

Innovation:

Support the category teams on the development & execution of projects, with relevant marketing inputs.

Brand management:

Support the development of brand strategies, architecture and framework. Develop global brand toolkits covering all consumer touchpoints (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.) for use across geographies. Map influencers, including health care professionals, and develop the right strategies, content, and connections with influencers to drive recommendation

Market interface:

Align and collaborate with category & design markets for launch preparation and implementation, KPI setting, pricing and price laddering strategies, budget setting, annual planning cycles in close collaboration with all commercial and functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other professional Marketing qualification. MBA preferred.
10+ yrs. of relevant experience in a customer/consumer focused, matrixed, multinational environment. Experience in consumer goods is a must, experience in consumer healthcare (OTC/Supplements) and in startups will be preferred. Combination of global and in-market experience is preferred.

World class brand, commercial and category experience including a proven track record in the following:

• Drive significant brand growth and commercial delivery at a market level.
• Lead and execute innovation projects, from ideation to flawless launches.
• Execute against powerful insights that drive growth.
• Implement consistent brand assets across markets and through all consumer touch points.
• Extensive consumer communication development
• Harness the shopper-consumer-influencer relationship, including HCP marketing for consumer self-select brands.
• Deep understanding and experience in media and the digital space
• Build and win with customer and retailer strategies.
• Ability to lead & influence within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts.
• Experience in achieving business growth in complex regulatory environments.
