Senior PCBA Component Engineer

We're looking for a dynamic and team oriented person with a background in electronics who is willing to join an international engineering background and optimize the electronic department.

Main accountabilities and output Act as main contact for all component related technical and commercial requests
Proactively manage approved manufacturer list and communicate with EMS
Component portfolio life cycle management (PDN/PCN/second source)
Processing new component introduction
Processing new second source requests
Support CM with local preferred supplier list
Support component failure root cause analysis
Support Reach, RoHS, Conflict Minerals and Life Cycle Analysis
Sharing of manufacturer contact network / manufacturer workshop / seminar infos

Requirements Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering, min. 2 years of work experience
Experience with PCBA-Design and selection & qualification of PCBA related components
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Knowledge in SAP and Omnify preferred
Independent worker, able to act on his own
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in English
