As Senior Product Manager Value-Added Services (VAS) & Data , you will lead product development for the leading app in Switzerland. Your focus will be on leveraging data insights to drive product innovation, deliver exceptional experiences to our users and merchants, enhance customer satisfaction and optimize business performance.

Your impact at TWINT:

• Develop and evolve customer-centric value-added services (VAS) and strategies
• Use data analytics to understand user behaviour and improve the overall customer experience
• Generate segmentation insights for personalized user experiences
• Drive integration of data sources within the TWINT ecosystem for comprehensive analytics
• Combine datasets to develop a holistic view of the user journey
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of value-added services
• Monitor market trends and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Lead discussions and negotiations with external partners, suppliers and customers
• Support Sales in launching value-added services
