summary:You are the Senior Project Manager for assets of Thermo Fisher
Scientific Allschwil. Assets can range from an office room to a new
IS08 classified GMP manufacturing room and from an entire floor to a
completely new building for offices, manufacturing, packaging, or
warehouse.In this important position, you are responsible for the
smooth management, control and supervision of our construction
projects.You are independently leading project teams with both
internal and external specialists and bear the overall technical,
financial and organizational responsibility for the projects. In doing
so, you are ensuring the achievement of defined goals (costs,
deadlines, quality and communication) and represent the interests of
Thermo Fisher Scientific.Your tasks:Project management for the
implementation of assets, buildings, areas, rooms, systems, equipment,
and its components and instruments.Fulfillment of various roles
(project manager, project leader, owner representative)Coordination,
supervision and active management of simple to complex construction
projects from preliminary study to final accounting Managing the
design, build & finance (CAPEX) phase of projects Setting up and
defend business cases for projects.Budget management of projects,
preparation and review of submission documents, cost estimates, award
applications, contracts, construction credits and final
accountsDevelopment and/or review of user requirements in cooperation
with the respective stakeholders (project description, specifications,
project manual)Reporting of project progress (cost, timeline,
quality)Implement warranties and the appropriate licenses for
assets.Make sure all required permits are available and installed.Make
sure all qualification and commissioning documentation is available
and registered. Keeping up to Identify and recommend innovative
technology solutions that will enhance our ability to deliver value
and meet business needs!Leads multi-disciplinary Teams through project
life cycle activities to deliver capacity expansion capabilities, to
meet global and local strategic requirements.Responsible for providing
cGMP compliant processes and facilities suitable for RHI/ Swissmedic,
client and date on industry standards and regulations, following the
relevant SOP's other global regulatory approval.Your profile:5+ years’
experience in Project Management of building construction projects
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Knowledge on GMP
guidelines for qualification and operation of assets. Must be able to
work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and
react quickly toproblems and issues.Fluent in English and
German.MS/MBA/BS/BA in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Process
Technology preferred and local equivalent.Strong employee management
skillsFinancial experience with high level budgetary responsibilities
