JOB PORPUSEEnsure the delivery of high-quality end-to-end Collaboration and Communication services to end users and ensure service delivery processes meet business, security and regulatory requirements.Act as point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements & business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met.Identify opportunities for services and process enhancements and optimization within the Collaboration services.Conception and Design of innovative collaboration and communication solutions and services for over 80 locations of the Straumann Group worldwideCollaborate with other solutions architects from cross-functional teams and ensure that our technical solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders.Enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users and ensure service delivery processes are in place to meet business, security and regulatory requirementsOversee the end-to-end service delivery of the services owned across the Straumann GroupSetting aligned KPIs & SLAs for the services owned, assessing customer feedback, build and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that excellent end-user experienceLead the life-cycle projects of the services owned, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline development, and risk assessment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with business goalsPlan, direct and coordinate demand and supply planning and maintain the Demand/Supply forecast. Prioritize demand in order to create an ordered portfolio of projectsTasksConception and Implementation of innovative collaboration and communication solutions and services for over 80 locations of the Straumann Group worldwideService owner/ coordinator for Microsoft365 services (Microsoft Exchange online, SharePoint online, MS Teams) and CISCO Communication Services Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the Collaboration services. Implement best practices, establish standardized procedures, and drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations.Ensuring trouble-free operation of the collaboration services including all connected components (e.g., video conferencing systems)Create and maintain service descriptions including service and technology roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to define the future service roadmap. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful deployment of Collaboration solutions.Ensure professional operational service documentation is created & accepted by stakeholders prior to the introduction of a new service.Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to implement the Collaboration service roadmap. Manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.Ensure adherence to best project management practices, facilitate iterative planning, and drive the team towards successful project completion.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify potential roadblocks. Implement mitigation strategies and take corrective action to keep projects on track for successful delivery.Actively participate in the migration from CISCO Telephony Systems to MS Teams Telephony and Teams Room SystemsWorking in matrix team in a multi-cultural and international working environmentQualificationsCompleted training as a specialist in computer science or graduation in business informatics / computer science with several years of practical experience.Proven experience as a M365 Solution Architect with a clear focus on Service Management & Project Management in an enterprise organizationProven track record of 6+ years professional experience with the conception, design and administration of Microsoft Exchange online, SharePoint online, MS Teams and all other M365 Services eg MS Planner, Viva EngageVery good knowledge of M365 compliance and security Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end service ownershipUnderstanding of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables / outcomesUnderstanding of Service Improvement Programs (SIP), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) etc. Strong understanding of global Service Support processes across multiple functions, locational geographies, vendors and business units.Proven track record in professionally leading projects in an enterprise organization.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) and experience leading external teams.Ability to manage external resources, vendors, and contractors effectively.ITIL V3 Foundation certification or equivalent level of knowledgeIn-depth knowledge of Windows Office components and all Micorosoft365 online services as well as Azure Active DirectoryVery good scripting skills in PowerShellGood knowledge of CISCO Call Manager and CISCO room conferencing systemsMicrosoft certifications desirable, AWS certifications would be an advantage.Strong analytical and planning skills, abstraction capabilities, problem-solving competency, team worker, resilienceExcellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, German is an advantage. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Employment Type: Full Time Alternative Locations: Switzerland : Basel || Spain : Madrid Travel Percentage: 0 - 10% Requisition ID: 12111Job SummaryJob number: 12111Date posted : 2024-01-22Profession: Information TechnologyEmployment type: Full Time
